Advisory Work on Your Corporate Philosophy
Our trained philosophy coaches can add a rich dimension to your entire
corporate or institutional project. Listening with trained ears and watching
with a careful eye, our coaches can reveal unclear thinking that you may
never notice yourself. Here's how to get started down the road of clear
thinking:
Step 1: Initiate contact. Send us an e-mail or call with a description
of your current situation and what needs to change. If you have a
sense of your main goal – measurable or not – that would help us
determine next steps.
Step 2: The Call is Yours! Determine the kind of services you want,
selecting from the three options below. Together, we will write a plan
and chart the best course for you to follow.
Option 1. An Advisory Relationship
An advisory relationship usually involves a first visit during which we
discuss your specific needs. This is followed by the implementation
of an agreed-upon plan to which will help you achieve a double level
of success: both a strong financial and social performance.
To get started, simply request an initial meeting to set the direction
and establish a preliminary action plan. After this interview, we will
write a plan and budget, based on our standard fees.
This advisory relationship may include meeting facilitation, a large
part of our practice. We utilize an in-house Meeting and Event
Planner to make certain your meetings are excellent!
Option 2. A Corporate Philosophy Audit© or Review©
A Corporate Philosophy Audit consists of an in-depth evaluation of
your current situation as a company. Such an Audit is an excellent
way to get started!

Once the Audit is complete, follow-up advisory services are provided
to help you apply your philosophy effectively. A company seminar
on corporate philosophy may also be held during which current
company information is shared and evaluated by the management
team.

A Corporate Philosophy Review© involves the same first step as an
Audit, but in place of the written report and seminar, a summary
letter is prepared for you by our coach with specific
recommendations for the company.
Option 3. A Retainer
A retainer acts like a purchase order, where you reserve a block of
consulting days spread out over a period of weeks or months.
Typically there is a 15-20% discount below the standard rate,
depending on the length and frequency of the contract. For more on
these fees, click here.
Step 3: Engagement. Once we have agreed on the course to
follow, will draft a letter of engagement with a description of
the current situation, goals, work to be performed, and terms.
Step 4: Next Steps: Once approved, we will work together to
set the schedule and get started!
Step 5: Evaluation. At the conclusion of our contract period, a
formal evaluation will be conducted by us at no additional
charge to you. This evaluation will be shared with you in full.
