For Advisory Services: $1,650 full days $900 half days $250 per hour plus required travel and per diem or direct expenses For Meeting Facilitation: $1,650 full days $900 half days $250 per hour plus required travel and per diem or direct expenses For non-profit organizations, including churches and service organizations, we work for one-half the standard rate. We are able to accept only a limited number of non-profit clients. Pro bono work is arranged on an individual basis. A Retainer Contract of 30 or more days per year yields a 15% discount below the standard rate. Pre-coaching Interview and Client Set-up Work: $105 per hour. However, required travel and per diem or direct expenses are charged under the usual terms. Coaching fees are calculated per hour at $175. Philosophy Audit© or Review© fees are estimated when the Audit or Review is designed Costs are determined by the number of people involved, plus required travel and per diem or direct expenses. Full-length seminars $145 per participant per day plus required travel and per diem or direct expenses Seminars are typically 15-30 participants. As few as 9 or as many as 40 can be accommodated by special arrangement. For non-profit organizations, we work for one-half the usual fee, with a $825 minimum fee per day.
