At Corporate Philosophy, we believe in short and effective meetings. We
offer planning and facilitation services to our clients worldwide.

In the planning stage, we work with the client very closely to be sure
that the outcome of the meeting is precisely what the client needs and
wants. Toward this end, we use a multi-part method.

We begin by working with the client to establish the needs which
this meeting will address.
Once these are clear, we help create the process through which
these needs can be studied and considered by the group.
We then assist with the preparation for the meeting by working
with each participant, if necessary, to prepare them to attend and
participate fully. Advance preparation is the key to a great meeting
outcome.
Once the needs are clear, the plan is laid, and the prep is done, we
also attend and facilitate the meeting for you, allowing you as the
client to take any role you wish. As outside facilitators, we help you
as the leader or manager to achieve results which you could not
possibly achieve yourself.
Finally, after the meeting, we help you unpack, debrief, and
evaluate the outcomes, and decide upon your next steps. This
final step, often overlooked by meeting facilitators, is the key to
consolidating your gains and looking forward. Don't skip it!

In planning your meeting with you, we will estimate our costs and
expenses and provide you with a clear, legal letter of engagement before
getting started. All the work of preparing that letter and the planning
which leads up to it is performed for you without cost.

Getting started is easy!

Simply write us a brief e-mail, telling us about your company. We work with
both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses. To reach us, click here.

We will set up a preliminary meeting at your offices. This first meeting is
very important. In it, we will both assess one another, and discuss the steps
that will follow.

We accept only a very limited number of clients at one time, because the
work is demanding, and because we operate on two principles regarding this.

Principle 1. We do not work for competing companies at the same
time, or within six months of the conclusion of any contract.

Principle 2. We maintain strict confidentiality about the work we do. We
do not reveal the names of our clients, nor any information about
their corporate life or structure without their written consent.

We will design a process for your company based on your size and needs.
And we will estimate our costs and agree in writing to a term of service with

We do not believe in prolonging our advisory relationship beyond its
needed time, nor in spending more time than is necessary to create your
corporate philosophy statements. We offer writing and design services for that
portion of the process in order to reduce the number of meetings at which
senior staff is needed.
