Step 1: Plan. Decide how you wish to begin this process. Our seminars can be adjusted to a variety of settings and needs. We provide a no-cost consultation to determine this with you. Step 2: Estimate Fees. For fee schedules, click here.
Step 3: Contracting. With the above information, we will draft a one-page letter of engagement to summarize the program content, logistics, and fees. We will submit this memo to you for review and approval.
Step 4: Implementation. Once all parties have signed the letter of engagement, we will begin planning for the first seminar.
Step 5: Evaluation. We always provide post-seminar evaluations and share that feedback with you. If this is our first time working together, we may want to add a pre- and post-training assessment, 6-week follow-up survey, or other measures of effectiveness.
